This collar is made on a white leather base with a vibrant retro patterned faux leather detail strip secured to the base with a mix of tall tree spikes matching the color of the faux leather strip, rivets and a center D-ring. The collar is 1-1/2 inch wide and will fit a neck between 23 inches and 28 inches.
