• Must be 18 years of age or older to order collars or chokers. Even though they can be used as fashion accessories they could still be used in kink and were designed for an adult kinky audience in mind. Please respect my terms and do NOT purchase in place of or to gift a piece of mine to a minor.
• Please also check out the Care Guide for all leatherwork purchased. A care card will be included in all cuff and collar orders starting 05/01/2021 as well.
• Actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your monitor, though I do my best to get the best lighting to showcase them at their truest.
• All leatherwork is made to order, by hand. As such no piece will 100% match the example photos on the listing. A design is followed but never truly matches any other piece under the same design.
• All leatherwork is made to order. Allow, on average, 3-6 weeks before expecting shipment notification. Please note that a longer queue means longer processing time and my home page is constantly updated to reflect new order start time estimates. You will receive an e-mail with an estimated start date after purchase and access to my queue on trello which will show where you are and progress made.
• If rush order is needed please contact me prior to ordering to see if your deadline can be met. Please note there may be an extra fee depending on my current queue.
• I work in batches of 3-6 orders depending on order size and complexity. Each batch takes me between 1.5 - 2.5 weeks depending on order sizes and complexity and life obligations. A longer queue size means more time before your order is started but I try and be transparent and as accurate as I can with start estimates when emailing you post order.
• Please make sure to check your junk folder for your confirmation and trello link emails, especially if making any customizations to any pieces. I will make a second attempt prior to starting the piece but will make best guess design choices if I had questions that were left unanswered.
• When measuring for collars and chokers please be sure to give 1-2 fingers of slack and triple check the fit and comfort of that measurement. For cuffs 1 finger or loose enough to spin will suffice. Please refer to FAQ for questions about measuring or to the How To videos (coming soon).
• Payments will be taken via the checkout here, or via Paypal Invoice for customs.
• Customs can also be purchased through a private listing on the site upon request.
• Payment for customs must be made in full within 48 hours of invoice, unless otherwise discussed. If you need time to save up funds that's more than okay, and I'll keep for info until you're ready to start the piece.
• No refunds or exchanges for Custom items, no exceptions. Set styles may be exchanged or refunded on a case by case basis.
• All collar orders shipped via USPS priority for the tracking, smaller orders like cuffs will be sent via USPS First Class with tracking. If you need express shipping or want to order via another shipping provider please contact me ahead of time to work pricing out.
• Shipping is only available within the USA on the site at this time. If outside of the USA please contact and we can see what shipping will be. I cannot ship to the UK or EU at this time due to VAT laws. Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any import fees/taxes.
• There is a possibility of custom Etsy listings for EU/UK customers, however there will be an additional charge compared to my website to help cover the additional Etsy fees.
• Buyer must pay costs if an item needs to be re-shipped due to an error on their part for address or sizing exchange. Shipping will be covered if it was an error on Venom & Vice's part.
• Due to all leather items being hand/custom made we do not normally accept returns or exchanges. All packages will be sent out in a way that items in transit should be secure from any damage. If an item is damaged in transit or something in incorrect please contact us with photos and descriptions of the damages and we can discuss. If it is a sizing issue due to an error on the customer's part for a set style item we can offer a refund minus shipping or remake to exchange. Sizing issues on a fully custom piece can not be exchanged or refunded unless we can find a buyer for the piece.
