Refund policy
Items custom made to the clients specifications are non returnable and non refundable. If there is an issue with your custom made item that is at fault with me please contact as soon as possible via email and we can see what can be worked out with either a return and refund or return and fixed/new item sent out. Incorrect sizing due to the fault of the customer sending in incorrect measurements do not qualify for return/exchange.
Ready to made items can be refunded prior to shipping out. If ready made item(s) have already been shipped you can Return to Sender/refuse the package for a refund minus shipping cost. If ready made items have been opened it will depend on the item type itself for return/refund processing. Apparel, cloth collars/chokers and facemasks or other fabric made items must be unopened, or a restocking fee will be charged for opened/tried on items. Buyer must pay shipping back.
