Rainbow Paw Patterned Blue Base Leather Collar

This collar is made on a predyed blue veg tan leather base with a rainbow gradient and white paws patterned faux leather detail strip secured to the base with rivets and a center D-ring. The collar is 1-1/4 inch wide and will fit a neck between 16 inches and 22 inches.
