This black tote bag is 100% cotton and measures 13.5 x 13.5 x 4 inches. The design is made using heat transfer vinyl, each design element being different. The bubbles use a holographic vinyl, the skull is UV reactive vinyl and turns from white to red in the sun, the text is glow in the dark vinyl, and the sand/kelp are plain white vinyl.

Care Instructions: Machine wash COLD. Tumblr dry LOW or air dry. Use pressing cloth over vinyl if ironing. Do not bleach.
