This collar is made on a white leather base with a rainbow zebra faux leather detail strip secured to the base with rainbow spikes and rivets. There are 2 variants of the design.
The collar is 1 inch wide with a D ring center and cone spikes. It will fit a neck between 14 inches and 17 inches
The collar is 1 inch wide with a D ring center and cone spikes. It will fit a neck between 16 inches and 19 inches
The collar is 1 inch wide with tree cone spikes. It will fit a neck between 12 inches and 15 inches
